Information we never collect
We are an answers and guide website, not a Telenor service. We never ask for, request, or store any of the following:
- Your Telenor mobile number
- One-Time Passwords (OTPs) or verification codes
- Account passwords or PINs
- Payment, card or bank details
- CNIC or other government identification
Our tools are read-only helpers. They do not connect to Telenor, do not log in to your account, and cannot submit anything on your behalf.
Information we may process
- Analytics data: we may use privacy-respecting analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate, anonymous usage — for example page views, approximate region, device type and which guides are popular. This helps us improve the site. It is not used to personally identify you.
- Local storage on your device:your theme choice (light/dark) and an optional “day streak” counter are stored only in your own browser. They never leave your device and we cannot read them.
- Contact form details: if you message us, we receive only the name, email and message you choose to provide, used solely to reply to you.
- Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) for security and reliability.
Cookies & local storage
We keep cookies to a minimum. We use local storage for your theme preference and streak counter, and analytics may set its own cookies to measure anonymous, aggregate traffic. You can clear or block these at any time through your browser settings; the site will continue to work without them.
How we use information
We use the limited information above only to:
- Operate, maintain and secure the website
- Understand which content is helpful so we can improve it
- Respond to messages you send us
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to anyone.
Third-party links & services
